Sally began her casting career in 2000 as an assistant to renowned casting director Sarah Crowe, contributing to notable projects such as The Catherine Tate Show, The Mighty Boosh, I'm Alan Partridge, and The Thick of It.

Quickly progressing to casting director, Sally distinguished herself by casting acclaimed shows including Skins, The Inbetweeners, Star Stories, and the BAFTA-nominated Timewasters, alongside COMA a drama for Paramount/C5 starring BAFTA winners Jason Watkins & David Bradley. Comedies Hullraisers S2 for C4. Here We Go! BBC1, Award winning BLOODS for SKY and TRUTHSEEKERS for AMAZON written by and starring Simon Pegg, Nick Frost. Other cast include Samson Kayo, Emma D'Arcy, Malcolm McDowell, Susan Wokoma and Kelly MacDonald.

Now recognised as one of the UK’s leading casting directors, Sally continues to shape film and television, collaborating with some of the industry’s most prominent figures.
